It is characterized, among others, by the popular use of garlic, olive oil, vine leaves, a large amount of vegetables (especially tomatoes, peppers, fresh herbs) and fish, which are popular in Mediterranean cuisines. Therefore, Greek cuisine is considered one of the tastiest cuisines in the world, and this is due to the large variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs growing in the sunny area. The Greeks add olive oil to almost all dishes. In addition, they love herbs that give the dishes a specific flavor, which makes this cuisine recognizable on every continent.

Components
3 tsp olive oil
2 Leeks finely chopped
1 Pounds spinach cleaned and chopped
1 Pound teta cheese
Salt & pepper
Phyllo dough
Instructions
Cook the greens. Put the olive oil and leeks in a large saucepan and cook over medium- high heat until the leeks are soft. Then add the spinach and stir until soft and wilted.
Make the filling
Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Add feta cheese, pepper, a pinch of salt and mix
Preheat the Oven to 380 F
Grease your pan well and spread about two thirds of the phyllo oiling each one. Fill the pan with the filling and cover it with the remaining phyllo oiling each one separately again. Cut with a sharp knife in pieces and bake on the heating elements on the middle grill for about 60 min until well browned. Let it cool for 30 min and serve.
